Dear Friends,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Artists in Bloom: A Spring Benefit Concert on March 8th.
We are deeply grateful to those of you who purchased tickets and planned to join us. All ticket holders will receive a full refund, and we will be reaching out personally with next steps.
While we were very much looking forward to gathering in celebration, our immediate focus is fully centered on the work unfolding in our schools. Next week we will be delivering nine assemblies across three counties, bringing high-caliber music, arts, and cultural programming directly to students throughout our rural communities.
Given current ticket sales and the financial realities of the venue, we felt it was most responsible to redirect our resources toward mission-critical programming and to thoughtfully reimagine how we gather as a broader community. We are excited to continue engaging with you in ways that are accessible and sustainable for our rural region, and we are actively working on our next public event. Please stay tuned.
This intensive week of engagement represents the heart of our mission, reaching young people where they are during the school day and ensuring access to meaningful arts experiences. Our team and artists are dedicating their full energy and attention to making these nine assemblies impactful, seamless, and transformative for the hundreds of students we serve.
We are proud of this work and will be sharing highlights from the week as it unfolds.
Thank you for your understanding and for your continued belief in the power of arts education.
With appreciation,
Lindsay McIntosh
