Arts For The Schools is honored to bring the Red Hoop Singers for a one-day assembly celebrating the birds and natural beauty of the Sierra Valley. Featuring six newly composed round dances and powwow songs, this special event highlights the vibrant cultural heritage and storytelling traditions of the Washoe and neighboring tribes. Through song and rhythm, students will experience a meaningful connection between nature, community, and Indigenous music—honoring the ancestral lands of the Washoe Tribes.
