School Performances

Arts For the Schools presents OnSTAGE; Performing Arts Workshops and Assemblies, presented at school sites throughout the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District and Incline Village. These programs bring world class artists with unique and non-traditional performing art forms into our community. Cultural and artistic awareness is promoted and children are given the opportunity to interact directly with professional artists in music, dance, drama, puppetry, and comedy. But for this program, many of the local students might never have an exposure to this caliber of cultural and performing arts.

Students interact directly with visiting artists presented during school assemblies, field trips, workshops and master classes.

Arts For the Schools reaches more than 4,500 students each year under its OnSTAGE, School Performance Series.
